I started the small group PT gym sessions with Daniel McLeod on 6th January 2024. One year later I am still going. I am someone who has never been a gym person, however the sessions can be adapted to suit everyone. Age or fitness is not a barrier. Everyone is friendly, encouraging and I definitely feel so much better since joining. I wanted to be a healther version of myself. So now one year on I feel less sluggish, generally fitter, eat better and don't get breathless going uphill! I have lost 10kg steadily over the year! I feel better when I get dressed up to go out, went down a dress size and aim to keep it off. I would recommend the PT classes to anyone who feels they want to get healthier and are fed up with the yo-yo cycle of weight gain and loss and stop-start fitness routines. So go on give it a go...if I can do it anyone can. You'll be surprised by what you will actually achieve!

After working as a postman for 33 years had to medically retire after developing arthritis in knee. Got to the stage where I struggled walking and was unable to play snooker which I loved doing, and I was either walking with a stick or in a wheelchair. Began training very lightly to build up strength and then progressed to doing more exercise to enable me to walk again without having to a stick, play snooker and regain a much better quality of life. I'd been referred to NHS physio for my knee but found it was really not suitable or effective and Daniel's approach was much more personalised and tailored specifically for me, not just one workout fits everyone. My overall strength and fitness has improved so much. I would never have got back to this level without the support & encouragement given by Daniel.

I've yo-yo dieted all my adult life and managed to lose weight but never managed to keep it off for very long. I was very unfit and very unhappy within my own skin. Nearly 3 years later I'm around 4st lighter & fitter and healthier than I've ever been and so much happier with myself. I really enjoy training and can't believe how I'm managing to run.
